# Graduation Project: AI in Dynamics 365 CE

At Avanade, you work on designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions for various organizations. AI plays an increasingly important role in this, for example through Copilot, generative AI, predictions and smart suggestions.

## Assignment
You investigate how AI in Dynamics 365 CE can be deployed in a functional way to make work processes smarter, more efficient and more valuable, and under what conditions this actually succeeds in practice.

## Context
Dynamics 365 CE is increasingly enriched with AI functionality. In practice, however, it turns out that AI only delivers value if:

• Use cases are well-chosen (where is there real time savings or quality improvement?)
• The data and processes are ready for it (data quality, definitions, data access)
• Adoption and trust arise (explainability, "human in the loop", training)
• There is governance and compliance (security, privacy, roles, logging, risks)
• The value is made measurable (KPIs, baseline, monitoring)

A functional consultant is the ideal link to position AI not "as a feature" but as process improvement tailored to the organization.
