# AI Legal Specialist
Join EverAI's Compliance Team as an AI Legal Specialist, working alongside our Ethics and Compliance Officer to develop legal expertise at the frontier of AI and e-commerce regulation.
## Key Responsibilities
- Own compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms
- Manage contracts and assessments required under data protection law, including GDPR (DPAs, TIAs, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain required compliance documentation:
- Internal documentation under data protection, AI Governance, consumer rights, and similar laws
- EverAI's AI systems inventory (in line with EU guidance)
- Risk assessments under applicable safety laws
- Product & feature reviews (e.g., for consumer rights, data protection compliance)
- Own day-to-day compliance tasks:
- Standard IP issues (e.g., DMCA notices, copycats)
- Contract reviews (NDAs, licenses)
- Legal terms updates (including TOS, Privacy Notices, and content policies)
- Track, research and analyze relevant legal developments and their application to EverAI
- Regular guidance and check-ins with our Ethics & Compliance Officer
