Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor (Full Remote - Netherlands)

Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role at EverAI, a top 15 fastest-growing AI company. You'll conceptualize and create narrative-driven, long-form video content using AI-first production pipelines. Key responsibilities include:

• Conceptualize scripts based on production needs around existing AI characters
• Create narrative-driven, long-form video content with focus on storytelling and visual coherence
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation through post-production
• Utilize AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, etc.) for high-quality visual sequences
• Develop consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across narratives
• Integrate motion graphics and color correction
• Experiment rapidly with new AI models and techniques
• Align with Content Lead's creative direction while maintaining autonomy
• Continuously refine workflows for efficiency and quality

Requirements: 4–6+ years video production/VFX/digital art experience with strong portfolio (AI-driven work essential). Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools. Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines. Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar. Strong visual storytelling skills. Ability to maintain character/scene consistency. Fluent in English with strong communication, high ownership, experimental mindset, and comfort with explicit adult content.
