Tech Lead for LLM team at EverAI. You lead a team of 3 engineers and are responsible for architecture, training, and deployment of AI models serving millions of users. You write production code, define alignment strategy, and ship features. Focus on optimizing latency, throughput, and context management at 80M+ daily tokens. You own the full model lifecycle including SFT, RLHF/DPO, data engineering, and build advanced moderation systems for safety in an NSFW environment. This is not a research role but purely production-focused with direct impact on millions of users.
