# Data & AI Traineeship at De Mandemakers Groep

Are you (almost) graduated with a passion for data and AI? We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to help digitalize and optimize our processes.

## What will you do?

During this traineeship, you will be trained to become the essential link between business (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales) and IT. You will have plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues while directly contributing and making an impact.

Process streamlining: You will learn the daily operations, help identify bottlenecks, and contribute to building AI solutions or automations to reduce manual work.

Information management: In collaboration with the central data team, you will help develop dashboards and predictive models.

AI adoption & innovation: You will discover the latest techniques (LLMs, machine learning, RPA) and help colleagues work with them.

## What can you expect?

• Salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross based on 40 hours

## Your profile

• (Almost) completed HBO or WO diploma (such as Business IT, Information Management, Data Science, or Business Administration)
• Affinity with data visualization, AI frameworks, and automation tools
• Interest in process optimization methodologies (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma)
• Eager to learn, curious, and not afraid to ask questions
• Resident in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch
