# Traineeship Data Science & AI

A 3-year mastership trainee program in which you pursue a post-master degree in Data Science & AI from Eindhoven University of Technology while gaining full-time work experience at leading organizations such as banks, pension funds, insurers, and government agencies.

## The Challenge

You'll start with the Netherlands' best onboarding program, followed by operational assignments of 3-6 months with clients. You'll learn how departments, processes and systems work and what data flows through them. You can develop into a Data Analyst, AI Process Analyst, or Business Analyst. You'll make an impact by helping organizations navigate important societal transitions.

## What Will You Do?

• Collect and analyze data from diverse sources
• Manage data visualizations such as graphs and dashboards
• Perform data quality checks and data cleansing
• Develop models using machine learning techniques and algorithms
• Work on data analysis, data management, and big data applications

## The Post-Master

You'll follow the 'Data & AI for Experts' learning path at TU Eindhoven, focused on machine learning solutions and business impact. After 3 years, you'll earn your 'Certified Lead Data Scientist' at post-master level. The program combines theory and practice with guidance from professors and a personal mentor. 40 hours per week of work + 50 half-days of classes spread over 3 years (approximately 2 hours per week, all during work hours).
