You're someone who builds an AI workflow in the morning that helps your development team work faster, runs a workshop for consultants in the afternoon about how AI accelerates their blueprinting, and discusses with management at the end of the day how AI can improve customer service delivery.

## The role

At NTT Data Business Solutions, you combine technology and business: you build smart AI solutions and ensure your colleagues benefit from them directly. From tools and workflows to training and strategy—and later you also help customers apply AI successfully.

## What will you do?

You continuously switch between the technical and business side—both are essential for real impact.

Technical (50%)

• Select and implement AI tools for teams and colleagues
• Build reusable workflows and templates (from code to presentations)
• Set up AI agents and automations for more efficient processes
• Capture knowledge in scalable AI configurations
• Monitor and improve the quality of AI output
• Translate new AI developments into practical applications

Business (50%)

• Deliver training and workshops across the organization
• Analyze processes and identify AI opportunities
• Support colleagues one-on-one in effective AI use
• Measure impact: who really works faster and better?
• Advise management on AI strategy and investments
• Translate expert knowledge into reusable AI solutions
