# Internship: Machine Learning & Computer Vision for IC Field Failure Analysis
## Your Team
The Analog Competency Center provides leading-edge custom analog, ESD and IO solutions for microprocessors and microcontrollers with mixed A/D signal processing circuits.
## Your Responsibilities
- Gathering requirements for IC field failure root-cause characterization
- Literature survey to understand existing state of the art and potential areas for innovation
- Developing preliminary data mining/analysis techniques, including natural language processing and image classification/segmentation agents applied to IC field failure reports
- Training machine learning agents on a subset of IC field failures to create a model to categorize a much larger universe of failures

## Your Profile
- Master of Science - last year of engineering school
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, Generative AI and Natural Language Processing
- Familiarity with CMOS circuits (plus)
- Affinity with Python programming
- Good English proficiency (meetings, presentations, documentation with international team)
- Must be registered as a student during entire internship period
