As a Data Scientist you join the team at Peaks, a fast-growing Dutch fintech scale-up. You play a key role in driving business growth by managing the end-to-end process of data ingestion, modelling and publishing. Your responsibilities include:
- Ad Performance Analysis: Create dashboards and reports to measure ad effectiveness, ROAS, CAC, CAC payback period and CLV
- Marketing Attribution: Build models to track customer journeys across multiple channels (e.g. last-click, multi-touch attribution)
- Data Integration: Ensure marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, etc.) receive accurate and up-to-date data via ETL/ELT pipelines. Identify improvements and spot tracking issues on app and web
- Customer Segmentation & Audiences: Transform raw data into structured customer profiles for targeted campaigns and lookalike audiences
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Provide clean datasets to measure the impact of different marketing strategies
- Architecture Improvement: Enhance architecture based on impact for cost reduction and speed, applying software engineering best practices
