Data Scientist Growth Analytics

As a Data Scientist in the Growth & Marketing department at Polarsteps, you will drive growth strategy by analyzing constraints, developing models, and measuring the impact of product, growth and business initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing data-driven strategies to drive user growth in key markets
• Applying statistical methods to analyze and understand causal relationships
• Building, monitoring and sustaining scalable dashboards to track growth, engagement and monetization metrics
• Communicating growth metrics across the organization
• Contributing to quarterly and yearly planning through growth modeling and impact forecasting
• Collaborating with product managers, growth and marketing teams
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Supporting senior management with investor reporting

You'll work with 20M+ users and help scale Polarsteps toward 100M+ users globally.
