# Consultant Data Analytics M&A

As a Consultant Data Analytics M&A, you work in a team of problem-solvers with extensive consulting and sector experience, helping our clients solve complex business problems. These projects involve supporting clients in the acquisition and sale of companies, where data analytics and AI play an increasingly important role.

## Your responsibilities:

• Map and test business hypotheses using data analytics techniques
• Conduct analyses with tight deadlines according to high quality standards
• Collaborate with the deal team to integrate analyses into PwC's overall advice regarding the acquisition target
• Contribute to internal innovation projects to improve current methods or acquire knowledge of new techniques and tools
• Stay informed about local and national business-economic issues
• Develop internal and external relationships and the PwC brand

You will work on 8-10 projects per year for Corporate & Private Equity clients, giving you unique insight into the Dutch and international business landscape.
