Strategic & thought leadership
- Define and communicate the vision for the domain
- Position Schuberg Philis as a thought leader through publishing insights, sharing market trends and speaking at relevant industry events
- Create and regularly share impactful content (articles, blogs, case studies, social media) to strengthen the brand
Commercial proposition leadership
- Lead and continuously evolve the proposition with full P&L ownership
- Deploy sales enablement by working closely with sales, marketing and delivery teams
- Translate customer needs and market intelligence into compelling narratives and go-to-market approaches
Business development and sales support
- Identify commercial opportunities and support lead generation
- Open doors to new and existing customers
- Support cross-sell and upsell activities with market insights and presence at key engagements
Market and community engagement
- Build Schuberg Philis' presence in the external community
- Participate in partnerships, industry forums, user groups and open events
- Initiate and support community-driven campaigns
Innovation enablement
- Collaborate with labs and customer teams to identify and showcase technology trends
- Ensure innovations support our market positioning and commercial objectives
