Build the future of Tools4ever with AI. As an AI & Automation Engineer you work with the latest techniques (from local LLMs to big data) and translate ideas and plans into working solutions used across the entire organization.

## What will you do?

You translate ideas and concepts into working applications with Python, big data and local LLMs, and experiment extensively with new techniques to make AI truly practical within the organization. You contribute to the agentic AI platform, a powerful hybrid architecture: on-premise on dedicated NVIDIA hardware, with cloud-burst when needed, fully secured through automatic anonymization and data governance by design.

## Tasks and responsibilities

• Build and implement solutions with Python, big data and local LLMs
• Translate concepts and plans into working prototypes and production solutions
• Integrate cloud AI applications into the local setup while maintaining data integrity
• Experiment with new AI techniques and assess their applicability
• Collaborate with the AI working group and IT to advance AI initiatives
• Contribute to decisions on data, infrastructure and governance around AI applications
