# AI Infrastructure Engineer

Join UbiOps as an AI Infrastructure Engineer and take responsibility for installing, configuring, upgrading and supporting UbiOps installations across diverse environments—from on-premise hardware to public clouds. You'll work with governments, enterprises, and critical organizations, supporting both our own cloud installations and private customer deployments.

## Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring the UbiOps platform in different environments, including secure or air-gapped infrastructure
• Working with customers and internal teams to prepare deployments, clarify prerequisites, and coordinate timelines
• Updating platform components to meet customer security or infrastructure requirements
• Contributing to the UbiOps codebase to support integrations with customer infrastructure (databases, services)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to continuously improve reliability, automation, and deployment workflows
• Supporting customers in deploying their AI solutions on the UbiOps platform
• Actively contributing to automating installation processes

## Your Profile

• Education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or equivalent working experience
• 3+ years working experience in Cloud and/or on-premises environments
• Strong communication and team-player mindset
• Professional proficiency in English (Dutch proficiency is a plus)
• Curious, resourceful quick learner who enjoys experimenting
• Ability to independently install, configure and troubleshoot complex infrastructure environments
• Experience with majority of: Infrastructure management, Kubernetes cluster management (preferably RKE2), Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Networking and load balancing, Infrastructure as code (Ansible, Helm), Python and bash scripting, Google Cloud and AWS, Virtualization (QEMU/KVM or Proxmox), Redis, Postgres, Ceph, Loki, VPNs
