Looking for a Creative AI Specialist passionate about creativity, AI technologies, marketing and design. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow at the intersection of AI-driven creative production, performance marketing and product thinking.

Work with a small, collaborative team, support client-facing creative workflows and help deliver high-performing visual content for marketing campaigns.

## Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for CRM, email and marketing campaigns
• Generate and optimize creative content with AI tools and modern workflows
• Work with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Support A/B testing and performance-focused creative optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients
• Participate in creative reviews, iterations and campaign discussions
• Handle client requests and urgent updates
• Learn and experiment with new AI tools, workflows and automation processes

## What we're looking for

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in creative/design-related roles
• Experience with image generation and visual content creation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and visual skills
• High level of English communication skills
• Comfort working directly with clients
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to continuously learn
• Strong sense of responsibility, transparency and flexibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Availability for evening collaboration with US-based clients
• Availability on Fridays is important
