# Senior AI / Machine Learning Consultant
Are you an experienced AI/ML expert who thinks beyond notebooks and demos? Do you want to build AI solutions that actually run in production and help organizations advance in sectors like banking, insurance, energy and e-commerce?
## Your role
As a Senior AI/ML Consultant, you lead projects from initial idea to working solution. You design, build and optimize machine learning models and ensure they are scalable, manageable and production-ready. You understand how AI transforms organizations, but most importantly: how to apply it today.
With your technical depth, communication skills and entrepreneurial drive, you build not only on customer outcomes, but also on the continued growth of the AI team and propositions.
## What you do
- You lead AI/ML projects with a focus on business value
- You design, train and optimize ML models
- You deploy models to production (deployment, monitoring, integration)
- You integrate AI solutions into existing processes and platforms
- You present insights and advice clearly to stakeholders
- You coach colleagues within project teams
- You contribute to services, propositions and customer relationships
- You follow developments in AI/ML and actively share knowledge
## What you bring
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science
- Experience in consulting or project environments
- Strong Python skills
- In-depth knowledge of ML algorithms, statistics and evaluation
- Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, MLflow
- Experience with deployment, optimization and integration of ML models
- Familiar with modern cloud and data platforms
- Strong in communicating with business and stakeholders
