As a Senior Data Scientist, you're a driving force within adesso's Data & AI team. You lead trajectories from exploration to implementation, translate business questions into working models, and help organizations work systematically data-driven. You work together with data engineers, business analysts, and clients on solutions at the intersection of machine learning, cloud, and generative AI.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead data science projects with a focus on business value
• Design and implement scalable ML and GenAI solutions
• Translate analyses into concrete recommendations for stakeholders
• Guide models from experiment to production
• Coach junior and intermediate data scientists
• Contribute to internal knowledge, standards, and product development
• Stay informed on developments in AI, MLOps, and data platforms
