Senior Data & AI Assurance Engineer

As a Senior Data & AI Assurance Engineer, you work embedded with data and AI teams to safely industrialize AI with measurable quality and control. You are responsible for:

• Setting up and implementing evaluation & non-regression approaches for AI/ML and agentic AI functionalities
• Implementing AI evaluation and non-regression checks in models, prompts and agent flows
• Integrating assurance into CI/CD (automated checks, gates, approvals, evidence)
• Establishing traceability and audit trails: reproducibility, logging, version control and evidencing
• Supporting human-in-the-loop processes and controlled experimentation
• Collaborating with architects and platform engineers on reusable assurance patterns and templates
• Advising on explainability, compliance and risks in regulated environments

You are a senior engineer with a strong quality mindset and analytical capability who operationalizes reliability in complex environments.
