AI Application Developer -10798592

We are seeking an experienced AI Application Developer with strong expertise in Python and Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing AI-enabled applications, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and building scalable backend services for enterprise use cases.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and solutions
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications using modern AI engineering practices
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations for AI solutions
• Implement prompt engineering strategies for enterprise use cases
• Design and develop RAG and vector-search-based solutions
• Work with structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights
• Perform data analysis, comparison logic, and SQL-based data processing
• Translate business requirements into practical technical implementations
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver business value
• Ensure solutions align with data governance, security, and enterprise standards

## Required Skills

AI & Machine Learning: Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications and solutions. Strong knowledge of LLM application patterns, including Prompt Design, Structured Outputs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search and Vector Search, Prompt Engineering for enterprise use cases. AI Agent development concepts and implementation.

Development: Strong Python programming experience. Experience building REST APIs and backend services. Proficiency in JSON and structured data handling. Experience with SQL and data analysis.

Cloud & Tools: Microsoft Azure, MySQL, Agile Development Methodologies.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to convert business use cases into scalable technical solutions.
