## Key responsibilities

• Design and development of AI-powered conversational applications and chatbot solutions
• Building scalable backend services with Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Working with GenAI technologies such as ChatGPT, RAG, MCP, Spring AI and Agentic AI frameworks
• Collaboration with business and technical teams to create innovative AI-driven customer experiences
• Contributing ideas and fostering innovation within the team
• Development of cloud-native solutions on Azure Cloud
• Participation in architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

## Required skills and experience

• 4–6 years of software development experience
• Strong experience with Java and Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring AI
• Knowledge of ChatGPT, GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG and chatbot development
• Experience with Azure Cloud technologies
• Strong communication skills in English
• Innovative mindset with strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies
• Experience with social media development is an advantage
