People Operations Specialist

As a People Operations Specialist, you work alongside the People and Culture Lead to manage the operational and administrative aspects of team growth. You are responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, offboarding and everything in between. You coordinate payroll administration, benefits and external administrators for accuracy and compliance. You manage recruitment operations such as planning, candidate communication, offers and tracking. You maintain HR systems and records with attention to detail. You ensure compliance with Dutch labour law and work permit processes. You identify and resolve process bottlenecks before they scale. You build documentation that others can execute without you.
