Senior Developer OutSystems

As a senior OutSystems developer at Movir in Nieuwegein, you work in a DevOps team to renew, maintain, and expand the application landscape for customer communication channels. You have a key role: besides development tasks, you coach colleagues, monitor quality, and optimize processes and working methods.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading daily stand-ups: monitoring sprint progress, status updates, flagging bottlenecks
• Ensuring features from user stories are delivered on time and to high quality standards
• Providing technical input in refinements with a focus on security and compliance
• Organizing peer reviews and retrospectives for process improvement
• Engaging early with the business to seize opportunities, including AI implementations
• Participation in the NN OutSystems Community with training, knowledge sharing, and events
• Development through training budget and career advancement opportunities
