Join the AI Center of Excellence at Nationale Nederlanden (NN), where we lead the development of reusable AI assets, collaborate across business units and foster strategic innovation. As Tech Lead in the Asset Reuse Team (ART), you play a crucial role in shaping the architecture, design and quality of AI components published in the NN AI asset marketplace.

## Responsibilities

• Define and maintain engineering standards for reusable Generative AI components
• Lead technical design and architecture for the NN AI asset marketplace
• Oversee build quality, code reviews and technical documentation
• Guide engineering teams in implementing scalable and secure AI solutions
• Collaborate with asset squads and local data scientists to promote reuse and innovation
• Support forward deployment engineers and cross-hopping engineers in local delivery teams

## What we offer

• Salary between €5,765 and €8,236 based on 36 hours per week
