As an AI & Technology Analyst at Organon, you are a key architect of the AI transformation. You design AI solutions, lead their delivery, and ensure they land sustainably in the organization.
## Responsibilities
- Lead AI Opportunity Discovery: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, build business cases
- Design & Deliver AI Solutions: Manage full lifecycle of AI/analytics solutions (scoping, design, build, test, handover)
- Architect Data Flows & Models: Design data structures, transformation logic, and governance frameworks
- Lead Platform Strategy & Governance: Manage AI and Data & Analytics platform portfolio, evaluate tools, ensure compliance
- Own Projects & Drive Outcomes: Lead project streams from initiation to closure
- Build Capability & Coach the Team: Transfer knowledge to junior colleagues, create reusable assets, facilitate learning sessions
- Navigate Compliance by Design: Ensure GxP compliance in regulated manufacturing environment
## Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business IT, Data Science, AI, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience with data, analytics, or AI solutions
- Demonstrated ownership of at least one end-to-end solution delivery cycle
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated (GxP/GMP) environment
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python
- Experience with cloud/AI platforms (Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot)
- Ability to independently design data models and build analytics solutions
- Ownership mentality, clear communication in Dutch and English
- Active interest in AI and keeping up with the field
