# AI & Data Operations Specialist
## Position
At Organon, you are part of the Business Technology (BT) team that connects digital innovation with how medicines are made and delivered. You are the point of contact for bringing AI and data capabilities into daily operations at the Oss facility.
## Responsibilities
- Unlock business insights & AI opportunities: You speak with colleagues to understand where they lose time, struggle with data, or make decisions without sufficient information. You translate these conversations into clear problem statements and AI opportunity maps.
- Turn data into decisions: You collect, clean, and prepare data, conduct analyses, build dashboards and automated reports, and prototype AI-powered insights.
- Deploy and integrate AI platforms: You are the practical champion for AI and Data & Analytics platforms. You help users onboard, support configuration, and document adoption feedback.
- Map processes and identify automation potential: You map current workflows, identify friction points, and document how AI could change the way of working.
- Keep projects moving: You maintain project momentum by tracking actions and issues, preparing status updates, and coordinating testing activities.
- Build AI confidence: You create practical, user-friendly guides and training materials that help colleagues use new AI tools with confidence.
## Requirements
- HBO or WO degree (completed or final year) in Information Technology, Business IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Genuine curiosity about AI; strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; structured and precise working approach; clear communication in Dutch and English; quick learner with collaborative, positive mindset
- 0–2 years relevant experience (internships count). Practical experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or cloud/AI platforms is a significant advantage. Exposure to manufacturing or GxP-regulated environments is a plus.
## Preferred
- Experience with generative AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar)
- Something built with Python or a no-code AI tool
- Academic or personal project demonstrating your ability to turn data into insights
