As an AI & Data Engineer, you are a key driving force of the Innovation Development Team, focused on ideating, exploring and rapidly prototyping new AI and data-driven solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- AI/Data Innovation & Prototyping: Leading the exploration, conceptualization and rapid development of proofs-of-concept and MVPs for innovative AI and data-driven products
- Applied Data Science Engineering: Close collaboration with Data Scientists on model conceptualization, experimental design and initial implementation
- Full-Stack Prototyping: Develop both front-end components (React, TypeScript) and Python-based back-end services
- Technical Bridge & Methodological Contribution: Acting as a liaison between Data Scientists and Engineers
- Exploration & Research: Continuous research into emerging AI/ML technologies and data science techniques
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent work experience in Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in a similar innovation-focused role
- Strong foundational knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms and data science methodologies
- Expertise in Python, AWS, Docker, SQL and Git
- Exceptional ability to translate deep data science concepts into technical implementation details
