# AI & Data Engineer
## About the role
As an AI & Data Engineer, you are a key driving force within the Innovation Development Team, focused on ideating, investigating, and rapidly prototyping new AI and data-driven solutions. Your expertise will bridge the gap between advanced data science concepts and functional, demonstrable MVPs.
## Key Responsibilities
- AI/Data Innovation & Prototyping: Lead the exploration, conceptualization, and rapid development of proofs-of-concept and MVPs for innovative AI and data-driven products
- Applied Data Science Engineering: Work closely with Data Scientists on model conceptualization, experimental design, and initial implementation
- Full-Stack Prototyping: Develop both front-end components (React, TypeScript) and Python-based back-end services
- Technical Bridge & Methodological Contribution: Serve as a bridge between Data Scientists and Engineers
- Exploration & Research: Continuously investigate emerging AI/ML technologies and data science techniques
## What we're looking for
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in a comparable innovation-focused role
- Strong fundamental knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science methodologies
- Proactive & experimental mindset with the ability to iterate and experiment rapidly
- Exceptional ability to translate deep data science concepts into technical implementation details
