# Founding Account Executive
We're looking for an exceptional first sales leader to own the full sales cycle at Stellar, an AI voice agent platform for customer support.
## What you'll do
- Build and own the sales pipeline: identify target accounts, run outbound, and develop inbound leads into qualified opportunities
- Run the full deal cycle: discovery, demos, pilot scoping, stakeholder management, and contract closing
- Shape our go-to-market motion: define the outbound strategies, processes, and playbooks that determine how Stellar sells
- Bring structure to the sales function: CRM discipline, qualification frameworks, and deal processes to effectively scale Stellar's sales motion
- Work closely with our founding team to refine positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- Get out in the field — meet prospects face-to-face, network, and build relationships
- Help shape what the commercial organisation looks like as we grow
## What we're looking for
- Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS), with a track record of closing enterprise deals with €100K+ ACV and consistently exceeding quota
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders
- Self-starter that's comfortable with ambiguity and working in early-stage, high-growth environments
- Experience building your own sales pipeline
- Dutch and English fluency required
