Software Engineer - Full Stack (Medior & Senior)

Stellar is looking for software engineers (medior to senior+ level) to help scale their AI voice agent platform. You'll work across the entire stack - from building scalable enterprise-grade backend services in Go and Node (Typescript) to crafting intuitive user interfaces in React.

## What you'll do

• Build performant, enterprise-grade APIs and backend services in Go and Typescript (Node.js)
• Develop Stellar's Studio frontend in React, TypeScript and NextJS, to allow companies to effectively design, test, deploy and monitor their AI voice agents
• Design a scalable, fault-tolerant system architecture that can handle large volumes of concurrent real-time audio conversations & agent interactions while maintaining low latency
• Work on Stellar's AI agent framework, at the intersection of software engineering and AI engineering
• Design and implement a platform that meets enterprise standards in terms of security, compliance, resilience and data privacy
• Build API integrations with systems used by customers (e.g., CRMs, customer support systems, internal APIs) to enhance the capabilities of Stellar's agents
• Improve platform performance, observability, and developer experience to ensure high velocity engineering
• Help shape the early engineering culture for a young and growing tech startup, and help coach and mentor future team members

## Who you are

• At least 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping software to production
• Comfortable with Go, Node.js, Typescript and/or React (bonus if you know all of these)
• Experience building across the full stack, from frontend to backend to infrastructure level
• Proactive, self-directed, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy
• Fluent in English
• EU work authorization required
