# AI Infrastructure Engineer

Join UbiOps as an AI Infrastructure Engineer responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading and supporting UbiOps installations across various environments - from on-premise hardware to public clouds. You will support customers in deploying their AI solutions on the UbiOps platform and contribute to automating installation processes.

## Key Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring the UbiOps platform in different environments, including secure or air-gapped infrastructure
• Working with customers and internal teams to prepare deployments, clarify prerequisites, and coordinate timelines
• Updating platform components to meet customer security or infrastructure requirements
• Contributing to the UbiOps codebase to support integrations with customer infrastructure (databases, other services)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to improve reliability, automation, and deployment workflows
• Interacting with customers, communicating clearly and delivering high-quality work

## About the Role

You will work on both the technical infrastructure of the UbiOps platform and its deployment in customer environments. Our customers often run critical systems in restricted or air-gapped environments, so reliability and security are essential. Although formally part of the Customer Success and Operations Team, you will frequently work with the Development and Engineering Team.
