# Full-stack AI Engineer
## Roles and responsibilities
We are seeking a Full-stack AI Engineer for our Customer Success & Operations Team. You will work on projects for clients in the public sector, healthcare, and critical infrastructure who use our platform for sovereign AI governance. This ranges from pilots and production deployments to implementing AI solutions, such as LLM chatbots or RAG systems, within UbiOps.
Your responsibilities include:
- Management and execution of UbiOps installation projects (including setting up cloud/on-premises environments)
- Design and scoping of UbiOps implementations with customers, including integration with existing infrastructure
- Development and implementation of (customized) AI solutions in UbiOps
- Support for customers during implementations
- Providing product feedback to the development team and assistance with developing and testing new features
- Responding to and resolving customer issues through various channels
- Delivery of UbiOps demos, workshops, webinars and training
- Support for the sales team
- Identification of documentation gaps and ensuring up-to-date content
- Creation of tutorials, training materials, blog articles and customer stories
## Your profile
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, customer success, consultancy or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/Data Science or another technical discipline
- Proficiency in Python development
- Familiarity with data science, AI and MLOps practices
- Excellent communication, presentation and training skills
- Detail-oriented and organized task manager
- Ability to explain complex technologies in simple concepts
- Creative thinker who can translate user requirements into appropriate solutions
- Strong writer of product documentation
- Willing to travel to clients
- Experience at a software company and/or start-up/scale-up is a major plus
