Full-stack AI Engineer

Full-stack AI Engineer for Customer Success & Operations Team. You will work on projects for clients in the public sector, healthcare and critical infrastructure who use the UbiOps platform for sovereign AI management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute UbiOps installation projects (cloud/on-premises environments)
• Design and define scope of UbiOps implementations with clients
• Develop and implement (customized) AI solutions in UbiOps
• Provide product feedback to the development team
• Resolve customer issues through various channels
• Conduct UbiOps demonstrations, workshops, webinars and training sessions
• Support the sales team
• Ensure up-to-date documentation and supporting content
• Create tutorials, training materials, blog articles and customer case studies

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, customer success or consultancy
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/Data Science or technical discipline
• Python development experience
• Knowledge of data science, AI and MLOps practices
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills
• Ability to explain complex technologies in simple concepts
• Willing to travel to clients for projects
• Experience in software company and/or start-up/scale-up is a plus
