As an AI Software Engineer, you develop, train, and optimize machine learning models and AI agents for our customers. You support organizations in realizing intelligent and scalable AI applications.

You design and build end-to-end AI pipelines: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, serving, and monitoring. You integrate LLMs, such as OpenAI, Claude, and open source models, in both existing and new customer applications.

You develop advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases and knowledge graphs. You conduct experiments to evaluate and improve model performance, with attention to explainability, bias, and fairness.

You contribute to thinking through the technical architecture of AI solutions in the cloud and help establish and improve CI/CD processes for machine learning and AI workloads (MLOps).

You work closely with fellow engineers, data specialists, and customer teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions. You take an active role in code reviews, sharing best practices, and further professionalizing the AI engineering team.
