As a Data Scientist and ML & AI Engineer, you work on the full lifecycle: from exploration and modeling to implementing machine learning systems in production. You work with a forward-thinking team where your technical expertise and creative thinking are both essential.

Your responsibilities:

• You design, develop and validate machine learning models that solve real business problems
• You collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, establish success metrics and gather the right data
• You deploy models to production using MLOps principles and tools
• You conduct in-depth data analyses to discover insights and improve model performance
• You work with data engineers and product teams to integrate models into applications or services
• You promote responsible AI through explainability, fairness and transparency
