# AI Engineer
Build systems that truly make an impact! We are recruiting an AI Engineer who designs, builds and deploys end-to-end AI solutions that are actually used in production at leading organizations.
## What you do
- You design and build end-to-end AI solutions from idea to production
- You combine AI, software engineering and business impact with significant ownership and autonomy
- You make architectural decisions, ensure scalability and lead teams of engineers
- You translate business challenges into technical solutions
- You build scalable systems with MLOps and CI/CD
- You provide technical expertise in client conversations
- You spend 70% of your time on client project work and 30% on research and internal domain work
- You work with smart, driven engineers in a team where autonomy is highly valued
## What you bring
- Minimum 4 years of work experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions to production
- Experience with GenAI, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and project management or leading small technical teams
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
- Familiar with MLOps principles
- Passion for building robust, scalable systems
