## What you do
- Lead GenAI projects with focus on value, scalability and adoption
- Design and develop GenAI solutions such as LLM applications, RAG architectures, vector databases and document intelligence
- Integrate AI solutions into existing processes, platforms and systems
- Present use cases, insights and results to clients and stakeholders
- Coach and mentor colleagues within project teams
- Contribute to GenAI services, propositions and reusable building blocks
- Monitor GenAI developments and translate them into applicable solutions
## What you bring
- Master or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI or Data Science, with focus on NLP and generative AI
- Strong Python software engineering skills
- Experience with cloud-native AI applications
- Practical experience with LLMs, vector databases and document intelligence
- Experience with integration and deployment of AI solutions in cloud and data platforms
- You can explain complex concepts clearly to business and stakeholders
