Graduation Internship - GenAI Chatbot for Windmill

Graduation internship within the CTP platform at Albert Heijn's Subscriptions team. You will design, research, and develop a GenAI chatbot that combines information from various data sources (Oracle databases, OutSystems screens, Windmill viewers) to improve accessibility of customer and subscription information for internal users. Responsibilities include designing and developing the chatbot, retrieving and combining data from multiple systems, investigating security/privacy/authorization challenges, developing scalable solutions across multiple viewers (Subscriptions Viewer, Payments Viewer, Order Viewer), enriching the chatbot with domain knowledge, and researching context switching and authorization structures. The assignment is open-ended, allowing specialization in AI engineering, security, architecture, UX, or backend integrations. Work 32–40 hours per week, partly from head office and partly from home.
