### The Challenge
Access to high-quality healthcare is under increasing pressure due to rising patient volumes and aging populations. Radiology and pathology solutions need to naturally fit into clinical workflows. Clinical acceptance depends on solutions designed with clear understanding of clinical workflows, intuitive interfaces, seamless workflow integration, and excellent user experience.

### Position 1: Medical UX/UI Design Researcher & AI Designer
Dive deep into understanding user needs and AI-enabled workflows of clinical end users. Translate insights into UX requirements, scenarios, UI design concepts, and interactive data visualizations. Create clickable demonstrators and conduct user research through interviews and simulated use tests.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in industrial design-related discipline (Industrial Design, Interaction Design, UX-UI, HCI)
• Strong conceptual design skills
• UI/visual design skills, wireframes, clickable prototypes
• Data visualization expertise
• Understanding of AI integration in user journeys
• User research methods knowledge
• Collaborative and curious mindset

### Position 2: Creative Technologist
Use front-end software prototyping skills to create dynamic, realistic clinical workflow prototypes with medical data visualizations and interactive AI outputs. Lead interactive prototype implementation.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in software engineering or related discipline
• Solid front-end development skills (React, data visualization tools)
• Full-stack integration of LLM, VLM, and agentic AI technology
• Backend systems and software architecture experience
• UX design principles understanding
• Iterative experimentation with agile familiarity
• Strong collaboration and healthcare domain curiosity

You will be embedded in a dynamic community with designers, researchers, engineers, clinical specialists, and business experts.
