# GenAI Solution Architect
Help design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices and standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.
## Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of next-generation Generative AI solutions within the Contact Center, AI, and CRM domain
- Modernize the AI platform to improve scalability while incorporating emerging technologies such as Voice AI, multi-turn conversations, conversational memory, agent evaluation, MCP servers, and Agentic AI
- Design and implement scalable GenAI solutions for Contact Center and CRM platforms
- Define the target architecture for enterprise chatbot platforms and AI services, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and maintainability
- Continuously monitor advancements in Generative AI, evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends
- Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Own the quality and technical integrity of solution designs throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for performance, availability, scalability, security, privacy, integrity, accessibility, and operational excellence
- Drive the adoption of emerging AI capabilities, including Voice AI, Agentic AI, conversational memory, and intelligent agent evaluation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams
- Promote reusable AI capabilities and architectural standards across squads and business domains
- Support enterprise integration through APIs, web services, event-driven architectures, and modern integration frameworks
- Contribute to architecture governance, technical roadmaps, and long-term AI platform strategy
## Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and enterprise AI platforms
- Knowledge of Contact Center and CRM ecosystems
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or DYA
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and Agentic AI
- Experience integrating AI solutions through REST APIs, web services, event streaming platforms, and distributed architectures
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities
- Professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are considered an advantage
- Ability to collaborate with teams based in the Netherlands, including participation in on-site meetings

- Strong customer focus with ability to balance business needs and technical excellence
- Independent, proactive, and capable of driving architectural initiatives with minimal supervision
