## Junior Full-Stack Engineer (AI Code Evaluation)

### Accountabilities
- Clone, run, and debug AI-generated full-stack and frontend applications to validate functionality and identify issues
- Evaluate code quality, structure, readability, and adherence to design and engineering standards
- Identify UI, layout, and logic inconsistencies in AI-generated outputs and document findings clearly and systematically
- Collaborate with engineers to define, refine, and improve code evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks
- Support the development of reusable frontend components and contribute to internal tooling improvements
- Assist with small feature implementations, UI adjustments, and iterative improvements to existing systems
- Provide structured feedback that helps improve the performance and reliability of AI code generation models
### Requirements
- Basic to some professional experience in full-stack or frontend development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with React, Node.js, or similar frameworks
- Comfortable working with Python and modern web development technologies
- Ability to read, run, and debug codebases across frontend and backend systems
- Understanding of software engineering principles such as code quality, modularity, and maintainability
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to evaluate technical outputs critically
- Good communication skills with the ability to document issues clearly and collaborate with engineering teams
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., Postgres, Redis) and cloud environments (e.g., AWS) is a plus
- Curiosity about AI systems, code generation models, or software automation tools is highly valued
