# Mastership Data Science & AI

Would you like to follow a traineeship and stay up-to-date professionally in a rapidly changing world? Then our Mastership is for you! As an ambitious young professional with a passion for data, you have the opportunity to further develop yourself at leading organizations. At the same time, you pursue education during working hours.

## The role

During this mastership, you are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing datasets to improve products, services, and business decisions. Your tasks include:

• Collecting and analyzing data from diverse sources
• Managing data visualizations such as charts and dashboards
• Performing data quality checks and data cleansing
• Developing models using machine learning techniques and algorithms

## The education

You will obtain a post-master's degree in Data Science & AI from Eindhoven University of Technology. This program lasts 3 years and consists of 50 half-days of classes distributed over this period (approximately 2 hours per week), entirely during working hours. You work 40 hours per week and combine theory with practice.

After 3 years, you will earn your 'Certified Lead Data Scientist' at post-master level from EAISI Academy, Eindhoven University.

## Working environment

At House of Bèta, development is central. During the mastership, you are supported by a People Manager. You will be assigned to organizations such as a.s.r., Nationale Nederlanden, and government institutions for periods of 3 to 12 months, where you support important societal transitions.

• Monthly salary (including 8.33% holiday allowance) of €3,225 with own transport or €3,000 with a lease car (no personal contribution)

## Who you are

• Completed university master's degree in a technical field (econometrics, computer science, physics, or similar)
• 40 hours availability
• Strong Dutch proficiency (C1)
• Willingness to travel within the Randstad region
• Enthusiastic about working in temporary assignment roles with diverse clients
• 110% commitment to pursuing the post-master degree
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI
