# AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Finnish Market
Salesforce is hiring AI Builders for their first-of-its-kind AI Builder New Grad cohort. You'll be embedded directly with customer-facing teams, designing, developing, and deploying Agentic solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
## The AI Builder Experience
AI-Powered Development: Develop real customer solutions using leading-edge AI tools including Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products like Vibes to accelerate development.
Dedicated Mentorship: Work as part of a program focused on hands-on technical skill development, shadowing opportunities, and meaningful networking. You'll be paired with a dedicated onboarding buddy and partner with senior developers.
Skill Acceleration: Develop both technical depth and sales skills to lead high-level conversations with stakeholders.
## What You'll Actually Be Building
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies in production environments
- Design Agent Intelligence: Design how agents think through prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and architecture, leveraging AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform
- Support the entire Technical Lifecycle: Collaborate to architect, build, debug, and deploy high-quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex
- Drive Strategic Impact: Partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions using consultative skills
- Iterate and Deploy: Test, break, fix, ship, and repeat. Own your work from day one.
## Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
- Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and Real-Time Infrastructure
- Can hold your own in a room with sales teams and customers
- Write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor
- Sharp problem-solving instincts, relentless initiative, and get-things-done mentality
- Willing to travel 25-50% of the time, working directly with customers
- Fluency required in English & Finnish
