What you will do
Edit and review machine-translated customer service content in Dutch (Netherlands) with high accuracy and consistency. Evaluate MT output quality, apply severity ratings, produce human translations for model training, follow style guides and terminology requirements, and identify recurring MT quality issues. This is an ongoing project focused on improving machine-translated materials for customer service content.
