Welo Data is looking for linguists, language enthusiasts and culturally aware contributors for flexible, remote projects. You will work on tasks such as:

• Annotation or labeling of text, images or audio for AI training
• Evaluation of search results, advertisements or chatbot responses for quality and relevance
• Creation and testing of prompts to improve large language models (LLMs)
• Ensuring content reflects cultural, linguistic or industry-specific accuracy

Projects vary in length and complexity (from several days to several weeks). You will receive clear information about tasks, timelines and compensation in advance.
