### Outbound Sales Representative

This is no ordinary sales job. You don't sell random products—you talk daily with farmers and agricultural professionals who genuinely benefit from our technology.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct active (cold) outreach within the agricultural sector
  • Qualify prospects' interests and needs
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales Specialist
  • Log calls, notes, and follow-ups in Pipedrive
  • Work toward clear weekly targets for qualified meetings

### Sales Representative (Italy)

Do you have strong business acumen and knowledge of the agricultural sector? Does it excite you to work in the field, talking with farmers and technicians every day, running field demos?

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand Agurotech's presence on the Italian agricultural market, particularly in Emilia-Romagna
  • Direct sales to farmers and support for distributor partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales channels
  • Build strong relationships with cooperatives, agronomists, technicians, and local stakeholders
  • Conduct field demonstrations, technical events, and participate in agricultural trade shows
  • Represent Agurotech as a local point of reference for customers and partners

### Sales Specialist

As a sales professional at Agurotech, you have the opportunity to play a key role in our company's growth. You focus entirely on finding and retaining new customers, showcasing our innovative solutions to farmers, distributors, and other players in the agricultural sector.

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively call (warm and cold) leads and convert them into prospects
  • Visit prospects to convert them into customers
  • Identify and approach new customer groups and segments
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners in the ecosystem
  • Present our solutions through demonstrations, customer meetings, and trade shows
