## Outbound Sales Representative
Conducting active (cold) calls within the agricultural sector. Qualifying prospects' interests and needs. Scheduling appointments and demos for the Sales Specialist. Recording calls, notes and follow-ups in Pipedrive. Working towards clear weekly targets for qualified appointments.

## Sales Representative (Italy)
Developing and expanding Agurotech's presence in the Italian agricultural market, particularly in Emilia-Romagna. Direct sales to farmers and support for distributor partners. Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales channels. Building strong relationships with cooperatives, agronomists, technicians and local stakeholders. Conducting field demonstrations, technical events and participating in agricultural trade shows.

## Sales Specialist
Actively calling (warm and cold) leads and converting leads into prospects. Visiting prospects to convert them into customers. Identifying and engaging new customer groups and segments. Building strong relationships with customers and partners. Presenting solutions through demonstrations, customer meetings and trade shows. Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities and achieve commercial goals.

## Sales and Marketing Intern
Supporting the sales and business development team in daily commercial activities. Assisting with lead generation and qualification. Conducting market research for potential customers, trends and new business opportunities. Maintaining and updating CRM records. Supporting outreach and follow-up communication with prospects and customers. Preparing sales presentations and proposals.

## Operations Automation Engineer (Systems & Integrations)
Building automated, scalable operations. Designing and implementing automation and integrations in Supply Chain & Procurement, Production & Testing, Logistics & Customer Delivery, Inventory Management. Making activities faster, more reliable and predictable through automation (scripts, integrations, dashboards, system workflows).

## Software Engineer
Designing, building and improving internal systems, integrations and automation. Creating scalable software solutions that replace manual processes. Designing and implementing software solutions for order-to-delivery, supplier tracking, inventory reconciliation. Connecting internal and external tools via APIs and webhooks. Providing reliable KPI reporting and real-time insights.

## Lead Optical Measurement Systems Engineer
Lead Optical Measurement Systems Engineer responsible for end-to-end optical measurement architecture for next-generation soil measurement system. Architecture and system design of measurement concept and system requirements. Building, aligning and debugging field-ready prototypes. Developing validation plans and test protocols. Close collaboration with embedded engineering.
