## Outbound Sales Representative
You conduct active (cold) conversations in the agricultural sector, qualify prospect interests and needs, schedule meetings and demos, and work with clear weekly targets for qualified appointments. You record conversations, notes and follow-ups in Pipedrive.

## Sales Representative (Italy)
You develop and expand Agurotech's presence in the Italian agricultural market, particularly in Emilia-Romagna. You conduct direct sales to farmers, support distributor partners, identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with cooperatives and agronomists, carry out field demonstrations and represent Agurotech as a local point of reference.

## Sales Specialist
You play a key role in growing our company by acquiring and retaining new customers. You call leads, visit prospects, identify new customer segments, build strong relationships, present solutions through demonstrations and achieve commercial targets.

## Sales And Marketing Intern
You support the sales and business development team in daily commercial activities, conduct market research, maintain CRM records, support outreach and follow-up communication, prepare sales materials and collaborate with internal teams.

## Operations Automation Engineer (Systems & Integrations)
You enable and scale daily operations through systems, automation and integrations. You design and improve Agurotech's operational backbone with a focus on process automation in supply chain, production, logistics and inventory management. You build automations, integrations and dashboards to reduce manual work.

## Software Engineer
As a Software Engineer, you design scalable software solutions that replace manual processes. You connect internal and external tools via APIs and webhooks, ensure reliable KPI reporting and provide real-time insight into operational metrics.

## Principal Engineer Optical Measurement Systems
You are responsible for end-to-end optical measurement architecture for a next-generation soil measurement system. You define the measurement concept, translate it into system requirements, design the optical chain and drive prototypes from lab to field readiness. This is a hands-on R&D position with direct impact on product architecture.
