Outbound Sales Representative
Conduct active (cold) calls within the agricultural sector, qualify prospect interests and needs, schedule meetings and demos for the Sales Specialist, log calls and follow-ups in Pipedrive, work with clear weekly targets for qualified meetings.

Sales Associate (Italy)
Develop and expand Agurotech's presence in the Italian agricultural market, direct sales to farmers, support for distributor partners, identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with cooperatives and agronomists, conduct field demonstrations and participate in agricultural trade shows.

Sales Specialist
Proactively call leads and convert them to prospects, visit prospects, identify new customer segments, build strong relationships with customers and partners, present our solutions through demonstrations and trade shows, collaborate with the team to achieve commercial targets.

Sales And Marketing Intern
Support sales and business development team, lead generation and qualification, market research, maintain CRM records, outreach and follow-up communication, prepare sales presentations and proposals, collaborate with internal teams.

Operations Automation Engineer (Systems & Integrations)
Develop automated, scalable operations, process automation in supply chain, production, logistics and inventory management, build automation (scripts, integrations, dashboards) to reduce manual work.

Software Engineer
Design and implement software solutions that automate manual workflows, connect internal and external tools with APIs and webhooks, ensure reliable KPI reporting and real-time visibility into operational processes.

Lead Optical Measurement Systems Engineer
End-to-end optical measurement architecture for next-generation soil measurement system, define measurement concept and system requirements, build and debug practical prototypes, develop validation plans and test protocols, provide functional leadership and collaborate with embedded engineering.
