## About the role
Amazon is seeking an AI Data Associate for fundamental labeling tasks, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio and video data. Your concentration, multitasking abilities and attention to detail will help you deliver high-quality work while maintaining strict confidentiality.

## Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is paramount
• Work with various types of data: text, speech, audio, image and video
• Deliver high-quality labeled data according to guidelines to meet KPIs
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating data with human insights
• Make logical decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly switch between task categories
• Provide support for daily operational results
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns and propose solutions
• Identify daily process and operational issues in SOPs
• Provide floor support for internal queries

## Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent in Dutch
• Written and spoken English (CEFR C1+)
• Strong business writing skills
• Advanced comprehension of complex documents
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to interpret and execute detailed instructions
• Research skills
• Attention to detail
