## Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
• Work with diverse data types: text, speech, audio, image, and video
• Deliver high-quality labeled data according to KPIs using Amazon tools
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating qualitative human insight data across different modalities
• Make well-reasoned judgments when information is ambiguous or incomplete
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly switch between different task categories
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types
• Analyze root causes and error patterns; propose quality improvements
• Identify process and operational issues in SOPs and tools
• Demonstrate ownership in floor support for internal inquiries

## Basic Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent Dutch fluency
• Written and spoken English (CEFR C1+) essential
• Strong business writing skills
• Advanced reading comprehension

## Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated task execution
• Ability to effectively leverage open-source resources
